At Lily's Living, we value your business and in choosing our business for your home furnishings needs. Outlined below is our Surcharge Terms and Conditions, which outlines our policies regarding surcharges that periodically apply to our goods. .

This policy applies to all sales orders made through Lily’s Living directly, through any of its web e-commerce sales channels, and other authorized third party sales channels.

Surcharges

Surcharges may need to be applied during extraordinary market conditions, foreign or domestic governmental regulations, or during events not anticipated by Lily’s Living. These surcharges are determined individually on a case-by-case basis and we strive to balance any applicable surcharges with the drive to provide you the best quality product available.

Surcharges Structure

Surcharges may originate as a single flat fee, or as a percentage basis. These surcharges are applied before tax and will apply as a separate line item on your sales invoice.

Surcharges Refund

Surcharges may be refunded under the following circumstances:

  • For any qualified and authorized RMA return to Lily’s Living;

  • For any cancelled product item;

Surcharges Refund Exclusion

Surcharge refunds do not qualify under the following conditions:

  • For any customized product or products;

  • For any special order items;

  • For any final sale, or “cash and carry” sales.

Lily’s Living reserves the right to cancel the surcharge refund under any circumstances.

Changes to this Surcharge Policy
